Welcome to Accelerated Performance! 
Accelerated Performance strives to create a unique training experience geared towards the demands of today's athlete. Through our specialized and progressive training system our athletes are conditioned to perform at the highest levels. A conditioned athlete has mobility, stability, strength, and stamina. Accelerated Performance athletes are coached on how to move their bodies, create a stable and more protected body, and improve their speed, agility, and quickness.

The Accelerated Performance system works with each individual athlete to improve performance and reduce injury through:

  • Evaluation of each athlete using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify movement asymmetries and muscle imbalances.
  • Implementation of a plan to improve movement patterns and correct muscle imbalances.
  • Improvement of Core Stability/Strength, Balance, Mobility, and Functional Strength, Improvement of Speed, Agility, and Quickness.
  • Competing at the highest level!
